About
Gianandrea and Veronica’s story began in Milan nine years ago, brought together by friends, a love of food, and a deep appreciation for community.
Veronica, born in Washington, D.C., to Peruvian and Argentine parents, grew up in a home where food was the heart of every gathering. When she moved to Italy, she fell in love with the country’s deep-rooted traditions around the table. Gianandrea, from Andria, Puglia, grew up surrounded by the flavors of southern Italy, where taralli were always present at family meals. His passion for traditional food deepened through his connection with Panificio Lorizzo, a historic bakery in Andria known for its artisanal taralli.
Together, they created Ta-Ral-Li to share this beloved Puglian snack with the world. Made with simple, high-quality ingredients—flour, olive oil, sea salt, and fennel—each taralli is shaped, boiled, and baked to golden perfection.
More than just a cracker, Ta-Ral-Li is about bringing people together—just like Gianandrea and Veronica first met through friends and food. Whether paired with cheese, crumbled into pasta, or enjoyed straight from the bag, it’s a taste of Italy meant to be shared.
